Veggies & Canned Goods

We grow vegetables and herbs in a market garden with low-impact techniques and lots of hands-on work. Some of our favorite crops include tomatoes, cucumbers, salad greens and head lettuce, carrots, beets, kale, chard, and herbs. Stop by to find out what's in season.

Eating in Season


We believe in eating locally and seasonally whenever possible. In Northern Vermont, if we want to have a taste of summer year-round, it means we eat what is fresh, and we try to put up a lot of food. We pickle, can, dry and freeze as much as possible to enjoy in the depths of winter.
